We are not spectrum.com. We are a separate business authorized to market and refer customers for Spectrum residential services. Any reference to “the operator of this website” in these Terms refers to us in that capacity.

Permitted Use of This Site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its underlying systems.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest content from this site in an automated manner without our written consent.
• Use this site to transmit spam, malware or harmful content of any kind.
• Reproduce or redistribute our original content (plan comparison copy, guides, site text) without attribution and a link back to this site.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user who violates these Terms.

Orders and Service Agreements

When you place an order for Spectrum services through us, that order is fulfilled by Spectrum (Charter Communications, Inc.), and your service agreement is with Spectrum. Spectrum’s own terms of service — available at spectrum.com/policies — govern your residential service, billing and equipment. Our role is to confirm availability at your address and facilitate the order. We are not a party to the service contract between you and Spectrum.

Review Spectrum’s current terms before placing an order. If anything on this site conflicts with Spectrum’s official policies, Spectrum’s policies control with respect to your actual service.

Pricing and Availability

Pricing on this site reflects Spectrum’s advertised promotional rates as of June 30, 2026 and is subject to change without notice. All prices are promotional and apply only for the stated promotional period; standard rates apply after the promotional period ends. The price confirmed by Spectrum at the time you place your order controls your service agreement.

Availability of specific plans, speeds and promotions varies by address. A ZIP code check on this site queries the FCC National Broadband Map dataset and is an estimate only — Spectrum confirms actual serviceability at your specific address when you order.

Intellectual Property

The original content on this site — plan comparisons, guides, FAQs and site design — belongs to the operator of this website and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

SPECTRUM, Spectrum Internet®, Spectrum Mobile®, Spectrum TV®, Spectrum Voice® and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Charter Communications, Inc. We use these marks under authorization as an Authorized Retailer solely to identify the services customers can order through us. We claim no ownership over any Charter Communications marks.

Third-party logos, brand names and trademarks (streaming service names, device brands, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only.

FCC Data and No Warranty

Our ZIP availability search draws on the FCC National Broadband Map. That data is provider-reported, collected on a periodic basis and may not reflect recent network construction or address-level service changes. We provide this tool as a convenience and make no warranty that results are accurate, current or complete. Always confirm availability with Spectrum directly when you call to order.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this website and its principals, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site — including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

If informal resolution fails, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies linked from this site, form the entire agreement between you and the operator of this website regarding your use of the site.
