This page explains how the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) applies to calls and messages connected to this site, what you may be consenting to, and how to manage your preferences. Please read it before calling us or submitting any contact request.
Calls You Place to Us
When you call us at (800) 555-0199, that call is entirely user-initiated. You are reaching out to us voluntarily. No automated dialing, prerecorded message or artificial voice is used on our end at the moment of your outbound call. You control the call — you dial the number and you can end it at any time.
Consent for Future Outbound Calls and SMS
If you request a callback or provide your phone number to receive follow-up information, you expressly consent to receive calls and/or text messages from the operator of this website at the number you provide. By providing your number, you understand and agree that:
- Calls or texts may use an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer), prerecorded messages or an artificial voice, including AI-generated voice, as permitted by applicable law.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may always reach us by calling (800) 555-0199 without providing consent for automated communications.
- Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and follow-up needs.
- Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages you receive.
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further SMS from us. Reply HELP for assistance.
- You may also revoke consent at any time by calling us at (800) 555-0199.
Do-Not-Call Rights
We honor both the National Do Not Call Registry and our own internal Do-Not-Call list. If you are on the National DNC Registry and have not given us prior express written consent, we will not call you for marketing purposes. If you ask to be added to our internal DNC list during any call, we will honor that request promptly and stop calling you. To exercise this right, tell us “Do not call me” at any point during a call.
Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will receive an oral notice at the start of any recorded call. Continuing the call after that notice means you consent to recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, let the representative know at the start of the call and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though certain call types may not be available without recording.
Carrier Non-Liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications. Standard rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to any texts you receive. We are not responsible for charges your mobile carrier imposes in connection with messages sent or received.
